Cancellation and Credit Policy

All sales are final. Registration fees are nonrefundable, except as required by law or as provided below.

Unable to attend? Submit a written cancellation request at least 48 hours before the Intensive begins to receive a one-time credit equal to your registration payment toward a future broker training program.

Your credit is nontransferable, must be redeemed within 12 months of the original event date, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any difference in tuition is your responsibility. If no eligible program is offered during that period, we will refund your unused credit.

Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the event, no-shows, and partial attendance are not eligible for credit.

If we cancel or reschedule the Intensive, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the replacement date.
